3 Rounds for time:

1 Deadlift 455#

2 Muscle Ups

3 Squat Cleans 250#

4 Handstand Pushups

FRAN WOD

21-15-9 reps:

Thruster 95#

Pull-up

DIANE WOD

21-15-9 reps:

Deadlift 225#

Hand Stand Push-ups

GRACE WOD

30 reps for time

Clean and Jerk 135# 

 

As if doing ONE of these benchmark WODs is not enough.. how about doing 4 of them back-to-back. Oh and while you’re at it why not compete against a team of 4 who will each do ONE of the FOUR you are doing.
