This was an awesome day for me. I revisited a benchmark WOD that I could not do when I started CrossFit a year ago. In November of last year I attempted this WOD not Rx’d with 95#. I actually didn’t document a time… because I took so long and didn’t finish it.
This time around I not only did it Rx’d, but I felt I did a solid performance. In fact I think I could do better if I planned my pace better. I went all-out right from the start and at rep 12 I had to drop the bar and start pausing.
I ended up doing 1 rep and drop from then on out, but still did pretty darn good.
